LEGACY PARTNER
One major brand, whose products are sourced into daily servings across all locations with full international co-branding.
Year 1 fee: 100,000 euros.
LIFESTYLE PARTNERS
Up to 4 specialty brands per location, whose products are sourced into daily servings to its locations, with co-branding tied to these locations.
10,000 euros per location.
LOCAL PARTNERS
Social amplifiers, unlimited per location, which sponsor specific features at the shelter.

ROLL-OUT STRATEGY
The first Pawer Shack is being built in the heart of Transylvania, near Brașov, the epicenter of strays in Europe, where our journey began.
Under moderate demand assumptions, for 10% of dogs (Romania: ± 4 million) using paid boarding once per year on a 7 day average stay at a reasonable mid-market €20 per night price, the market-size opportunity for the 5 major cities translates to over €9 million in gross revenues.
Within the next 12 months, new Pawer Shacks will be launched in Romania’s largest cities: Bucharest, Cluj-Napoca, Timișoara, and Iași.
Once our model has been optimized, we will expand across Europe, partnering with ethical brands and municipalities to create a network of Pawer Shacks that demonstrate how compassion and commerce can coexist profitably.
